It is situated on the very edge of Dartmoor National Park on the bank of the River Dart. The English Riviera, South Hams, Exeter, Plymouth and the moors are within easy driving distance.

Locally you will find the historic abbey, butterfly farm, otter sanctuary, River Dart Country Park and the pretty Dart Valley steam railway.

Shop 0.75 miles, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
