St Aygulf is an attractive resort located 75 kms from Nice (served by low cost airlines), 15 kms from Ste Maxime and 9 kms from Saint Raphael. The sandy beaches of St Aygulf are 2.5 kms from the residence which offer various watersports along with the centre of town where a wide variety of shops, bars and seafood restaurants can be found. There is also a 27-hole golf course at 3 kms.
The residence is situated in the heart of a large, private estate and has an outdoor pool and paddling pool (open all year) with sun terrace and sun-loungers (payable) and is surrounded by eucalyptus and oak trees. Bike hire is also available. Built in a traditional Provencal style, the complex has 1 main building with a further 11 small, 1 storey buildings around the estate.
