There is a small garden area in front, where lovely views extend over the surrounding field of olive trees. The house has been charmingly restored and has exposed beams and terracotta floors. On the first floor, the bedrooms are pleasantly furnished and have lovely views.
There is a swimming pool which guests share with other properties. It is situated in a private area of the owners nearby estate, with its own independent entrance away from the owners house. Nearby Orvieto has a magnificent cathedral, restaurants and shops. From the station there is easy access to Rome and Florence.
