Property Description
Set in lovely grounds with a magnificent view to the mountains and one of Sintra’s castles, this country house is ideally situated for a varied holiday.
Visit Sintra with its palaces, famous toy and modern art museums, the convent and palace at Mafra and a ’miniature village’ at Sobreiro. Tennis and horse riding are on site and the nearby beaches are excellent for surfing and windsurfing. There are three golf courses within 20 km and Lisbon is only 50 mins away by train.
In front of the house is a cobbled patio around the pool - ideal for dining alfresco. The caretaker lives onsite and will be pleased to show you the stables and arrange horse riding lessons.
