The holiday property offers an ideal location for touring the whole of Cornwall, and within a few miles of the property are a selection of sandy beaches, which include the surfing beach of Polzeath and the sailing resort of Rock. For walkers, the Cornwall Coastal Footpath provides excellent walking and the Camel Trail is ideal for cyclists, with miles of level, motor traffic-free paths. Padstow lies 7 miles away and has a good selection of shops, inns and restaurants, as well as being home to Rick Stein’s famous Seafood Restaurant, café, and fish and chip shop.
On the south coast, there are many charming fishing villages and smaller sandy coves provide a wealth of olde world charm, whilst The Eden Project lies just 9 miles distant. Many NT houses and gardens are also within an easy drive. Shop and pub 4 miles.
