Situated in a particularly beautiful part of the Peak District between the pretty village of Ashford-in-the-Water and Monsal Dale, one of the most picturesque dales in the country, with Bakewell 2 miles and Buxton and Matlock 8 miles. This cosy, charming, holiday cottage is the converted groom’s quarters of the old stable block behind the owner’s own home. It is quite secluded facing away from the house onto its own enclosed garden and open fields. Superb walking, climbing, rambling country. Stately homes, Chatsworth, Hardwick Hall, Haddon Hall, well-dressing ceremonies, riding and good golf courses in the area.
