Located on the outskirts of Chamonix overlooking Lake Gailland, this traditional alpine house offers wonderful panoramic views of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. The holiday property is both comfortable and modern, enjoying an inviting living room with fireplace, dining room leading to terrace, and double bedroom with magnificent views from the balcony. There is a lawned garden area to the rear, bordered by a stream, with dining furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Ideally located for exploring surrounding mountains with the small mountain railway across the road to take you up and around the valley. From the centre of Chamonix the Montenvers Rack and Pinion train goes up to the Mer de Glace, France’s largest glacier. Hiking, biking, golf and climbing locally. There is a separate one-bedroom apartment beneath the garage and adjacent to the property.
