Property Description
Set on a hilltop in the Burgundy rolling countryside and near the Loire River, this superb holiday property is furnished with character. It offers many private spaces with magnificent panoramic views over the countryside. One annexe accessible through a private entrance has an airy beamed double bedroom and en-suite shower room. In the hallway a childrens bed can be installed upon request. In the spacious living room guests can enjoy cosy evenings with a fire place. Guests have exclusive use of a swimming pool, heated on request, with a covered shady terrace with a barbecue perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Nearby the city of Charlieu offers all facilities and the area is really nice to enjoy cycling or water sports in the Loire River. Not so far are the vineyards of Beaujolais. The area is one of the best places for gastronomy with the Troisgros restaurant in Roanne. Nearby are several attractive castles Château de Drée or de Digoin with vast landscape gardens.
