Surrounded by the vineyards of Côtes de Bourg and Blaye, this delightful stone house is situated near the lovely old town of Bourg on the Gironde Estuary. Bourg has a lovely old centre and choice of restaurants and café. The holiday property enjoys an enclosed Mediterranean style garden, private swimming pool, ivy-covered terrace with fountain, table tennis and a south facing terrace ideal for meals by the pool. Spacious, with a television in every room, there is also an 18th century fireplace in the living room. Its just a ten minute drive from Blaye, with its old citadel from where you can also take a ferry to the Médoc Region and visit the famous châteaux. Bordeaux is only a thirty minute drive and is ideal for shopping or enjoying the museums.
