This charming former fisherman’s villa is set near to a forest in one of the prettiest villages of the Cap Ferret region known as "Les Jacquets". The villa has a practical interior and is situated only 300 metres from the Bassin d’Arcachon, with a shaded front terrace that stands in front of the house, it is ideal for breakfast or an afternoon’s rest. The French windows open onto a private swimming pool and enclosed gardens with shade and mature trees. Handy for shops, cafés and even a cinema, a car is not necessary and there are lots of cycle tracks through the forest to the end of Cap Ferret or up to Soulac or to Lacanau, the ocean is a paradise for surfers with miles of sandy beaches. Ferry (no cars) from Cap Ferret to Arcachon. The Médoc region is well worth a visit for all its famous vineyards.
