Property Description
St. Adrien is a group of four stone-built terraced houses standing in a magnificent landscaped wooded park of many acres with splendid views over the surrounding countryside. The interiors of these holiday houses have been tastefully decorated with some interesting stonework, attractive furniture and very pretty bedrooms. Whilst each house has its own independent garden with barbecue, the park is equipped with a volley court, table tennis, hammock, pond, playground, swimming pool and Jacuzzi for use together with other guests. The whole atmosphere at the Manoir de St. Adrien is one of peace and quiet in a quality setting.
Set amidst glorious countryside, they are close to the edge of the small village of Bannalec, to the south of the Finistère region. Standing proudly at the foot of the Black Hills, Bannalec is proud of its history and traditions, offering several good restaurants and bars in addition to good shopping facilities. Just a short drive away is the scenic coast, with its bays, beaches and coves – along the many footpaths and old smuggler’s routes, stunning views of the coast and local wildlife are just waiting to be discovered. Just 15km away is Pont-Aven, a haunt of artists throughout the ages. This elegant town boasts an array of museums, galleries and restaurants. Also close by is Concarneau – a 14th-century town built on an island, its lichen-covered ramparts, narrow streets and restaurants are well worth visiting.
