Eastbound will take you to the jet setters favourite of Saint Tropez (75km). A trip to the north to gasp in delight at the beauty of the Grand Canyon du Verdon around the Sainte Croix lake (60km), and to the south visit Toulon with one of the most secure and most beautiful harbours (50km), together with some delightful seaside resorts, including Sanary sur Mer, Bandol, La Ciotat and Cassis. The TGV from Aix-en-Provence takes just 3 hours to reach Paris, and cars can be rented at airports and train stations. Two golf courses can be found within 10km, or visit the markets in Brignoles, St Maximin and Lorgues. Fly via Toulon, Marseille or Nice.
