It has many walks, trails and country village pubs to visit or within very easy driving the famous seaside resort of Lyme Regis, with its harbour and cob, is a must. Here visitors can try their hand at fossil hunting, boating and fishing, or simply lie on the beach, swim and explore the rock pools. There are many family attractions ranging from Forde Abbey and Gardens, St Thomas Wildlife Park, Seaton’s Tram Railway, Pecorama and Broadwindsor Craft Centre, or simply explore this wonderful coastline from the bustling seaside town of Weymouth, all the way along Lyme Bay to Exmouth and beyond.
