Set in 40-acres of farm and woodland, The Parlour, part of Manor Farm, is a converted barn (six in total). Designed with family holidays in mind, guests are encouraged to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of this farm. Firstly, enjoy the farmland with ponies, donkeys, cows, goats, pigs, ducks and more, the animals love to be fed. Next comes the countryside activities and included in the price are rowing boats, mountain bikes, football, badminton, skittles, a putting green, and croquet. For the younger guests there are swings and slides, trampolines, a giant sand pit, a covered barn with pedal tractors, scooters, trikes and a big ’bale’ play area. At an additional charge you can ride the ponies (lead rein only) or quad biking (junior bikes only). The heated indoor swimming pool can be hired for exclusive use by guests. Burford is just 9 miles and Oxford, 25 miles. The Cotswold Water Park is within easy reach with sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing and a lakeside beach. Fishing and golf available locally. The activities of the farm are available for guests between 10am and 6pm when the farm is open to the public. Lechlade is a charming town with a choice of good pubs and shops.

Ground floor: Living room with patio door/dining room/kitchen with beams. 1 bunk bedroom with additional single. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Ladder style stairs to first floor: 1 double bedroom with low, beamed, sloping ceiling.
